Glencar Construction, the UK-based builder co-founded by Kerryman Eddie McGillycuddy, is targeting further projects here for its €570m order pipeline for this year, after securing a contract to build a 280,000sq ft (26,013 sq m) distribution centre in Dublin for a large retailer.
