Mater-related dispute with CapVest set for hearing in London

A High Court action in London where the wife of the late CapVest co-founder Randl Shure wants to compel the private equity business headed by Cavan financier Seamus FitzPatrick to provide information related to a €219m sale of the Mater Private in 2017 will be heard sometime between October and December, the court has told the parties.

US airline Frontier wants to stop Irish lessor AMCK from seizing jets

US-based Frontier Airlines has secured a temporary restraining order until tomorrow preventing trustees for Dublin-based jet lessor AMCK Aviation – now part of the Carlyle investment giant – from grounding or impounding more than a tenth of the carrier’s fleet in a dispute that erupted last year.
