Boohoo shareholders will vote today on Offaly-born CEO John Lyttle’s new £1.3m (€1.5m) bonus scheme, controversially introduced after the company’s falling share price made targets under an old scheme less likely to be met. It comes as sales at both Boohoo and rival Asos slow.
